Pandemic, teaching and opportunities
Keywords:
SARS-Cov2, pandemic, virtual educationAbstract
The objective of this article is to report personal perceptions during the quarantine period due to the global SARS-COV2 pandemic. In its course, we have lived and evolved through so-called emergency virtual teaching to achieve a state of momentary equilibrium. This period reveals many new aspects and others, already present, about teaching practice, as well as an interesting future challenge. Neither teachers, nor institutions, nor students were prepared for the sudden inconveniences related to social isolation. However, it is also an excellent opportunity to rethink our teaching activity and move towards an education more suited to the expectations and demands of today’s society.
