Abstract

The experience whose objective was to incorporate an experimental activity as a transversal axis to develop the didactic unit of solutions is presented. This is applied in a General Chemistry course of the Zootechnical Engineering career. Johnstone's model is used as a theoretical reference. The results obtained suggest that the students gave more meaning and importance to the contents with the sequence of activities used. This work calls us to continue building educational proposals that start from experimentation and assume a more active role for students.
